I work with individuals to discover their strengths, build resilience and manage difficult life transitions. My clients are sensitive souls who are seeking a supportive connection. I have been known to be a “puddle sitter”, one who can walk with you and sit in the rain while you learn to breathe and move again. My goal is to work myself out your life as you learn to breathe, clear your mind, redefine joy, and find balance on your journey.
I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Science in Public Health and Child Development from Walden University. I am a Certified Birth Doula and Certified Postpartum Doula (DONA), and Certified Loss Doula (LDI). I have extensive experience with case management and community resources for women and families.
I am a bereaved mother, sister, and daughter. I am from Western North Carolina and choose to serve my community with advocacy and innovation.
